    Domestic water leak inspection and outcome

    Our kerbside water meter indicated a mains leak indicatively at the interface of garden and lounge. Upon contact, a JC Gas engineer arrived to assess the problem, but applied no tests whilst advising that the water supply be turned off at regular intervals pending further work in 10 days' time, although our age-related disabilities demanded prompt action. We approached an alternative company that was able to intercede immediately, identify the problem as being inside the property and to rectify. We are disappointed that JC Gas required a call out fee but offered no useful support.

    Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. Our engineer attended on the day of your call and identified a water leak potentially originating from a fitting on the cold water mains pipework beneath the ground. As further investigation and additional work were required, the repair could not be completed during the initial visit. We arranged a return appointment at the earliest opportunity, taking into account your planned absence, which you then cancelled. We are pleased that the issue has now been resolved and appreciate your feedback.

    Excellent customer service

    JCGas carry out regular boiler servicing for mum mums property so when the heating appeared to be stuck on full blast I immediately called them. Was extremely pleased to have Ash come out and visit within 4 hours of me calling and fix the problem of a stuck heating valve . Ash was friendly, courteous and happy to explain the cause of the problem with recommendations going forward. Excellent customer service . Highly recommended.

    Arrived when they said they would, did what we wanted.

    Replaced our central heating boiler. Arrived when they said they would,replaced the boiler and thoroughly tested all the radiators and taps. They set up the program and showed how to do it The only downside was the delay in implementation, clearly many others had experienced the same problem!

Founded in 1981, JC GAS (PARKSTONE) LTD is a family run company, keeping our database of over 20,000 customers warm for over 40 years.


We provide a full plumbing and central heating service to both domestic and commercial appliances, attending to anything from a dripping tap to repairing or replacing your broken-down boiler for a new economically friendly central heating system for you home.


We also supply and fit new air conditioning units providing cool air for the hot Summer months and Warm air for the Winter.


No job is too big or too small for our team of 4 engineers and three office staff to help with all enquiries and bookings.

There is very little we don’t do, but if you have any questions please give us a call and we’d be happy to help.


We pride ourselves on being trust worthy and honest whilst providing a reliable and reputable service to all of our customers.
