We engaged the services of JC Electrical to undertake an EICR report on our electrical installation, for the sale of our property. After receiving the report we requested a quote and instructed JC Electrical to proceed with the remedial works. John & Lee in the office were excellent in responding and keeping us updated. The installation was professionally undertaken and any questions answered in a way that could be understood. Professional and reliable.

I called JC Electrical to ask them to disconnect and remove a microwave oven that was hard wired in and had stopped working. They were able to come on the same day. They disconnected the oven and removed it, leaving the area clean where they had been working. While he was there, I asked the electrician if he could remove a smoke alarm that was on a high ceiling and was awkward to get to. He successfully removed the alarm. The electrician was very helpful and did an excellent job.

Excellent communication throughout. Turned up when agreed. Site left clean and tidy and all health and safety issues in a building that was being used negotiated carefully.
