I had purchased a new electric oven, to replace my old gas one. When the appliance was plugged in, it kept tripping so I contacted the company who sent an electrician out within a few hours and he solved the problem. I was very pleased with the service I received.

I contacted JC Electrical following some concerns about work another contractor had completed The team in the office took the time to understand the my concerns and got our inspection and remedial work booked in quickly. They inspected and provided a detailed report and corrected the previous unsafe work completed by another contractor. The engineers were polite and friendly, arrived on time and tidied up once they were finished. I would not hesitate to use JC electrical again

Arrived on time. Checked socket and identified an issue with the wiring. Worked out a solution and fixed it within an hour. Very tidy and polite. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use myself again - my DIY electrical days are now over.

We engaged the services of JC Electrical to undertake an EICR report on our electrical installation, for the sale of our property. After receiving the report we requested a quote and instructed JC Electrical to proceed with the remedial works. John & Lee in the office were excellent in responding and keeping us updated. The installation was professionally undertaken and any questions answered in a way that could be understood.
