I'm renovating a terraced house that's only used storage heaters before for heat and James has installed a new combi boiler and radiators throughout the house. Very happy with the price, quality of work and service.

We ended up with about 6 quotes from different people for a new boiler. JCD Plumbing and Heating gave a very good impression during their initial assessment and was helpful and responsive during follow up discussions before we went ahead. It was this personal level that led to us choosing them over a slightly cheaper quote. The installation was easy, hassle free, and pretty quick. There needed to be a follow up the following day to finish off some things, but James explained everything well and it was a great job overall.

James conducted a boiler service and completed a check list to confirm this. He's professional, friendly, communicates well and was happy to answer any questions. I have no hesitation in reaching out to James again for a future boiler service.

James replaced my old combi boiler with a new boiler and thermostat as well as flushing out the radiators and replacing all the valves. His quote was highly competitive. He was super punctual and polite , keeping me informed at all times as to each stage and what was happening. Boiler looks great, leaking valve on a radiator was replaced and the leak sorted. Everything was extremely tidy and clean after he had finished. I would highly recommend James for any plumbing and boiler requirement and will definitely be using him again!

Really quick to respond, great communication throughout, professional yet friendly, worked very efficiently and cleanly, and offered advice as to the boiler. Can’t recommend him highly enough- 10/10!
