jake arrived ahead of time, identified the problem and fixed promptly he also adjusted my front door for good measure highly recommend

We had had a problem with a composite door for four years since installation in 2022. Contacted Jake at JCB doorsand windows We had a quick chat and we did a video call to illustrate state of wonky door. Jake came round two days later and assessed wonky door that was not opening or closing without using a large amount of force. Jake provided three options: 1: quick hinge adjustment that would make things only slightly better 2: complete door reset 3: new door We went for full door reset which took several hours to complete and our door is now as good as new and perfectly aligned.

Huge thanks to Jake for installing our cat flap! From the initial quote and measurements to the final installation, everything was completed so quickly. It took less than two weeks in total. Jake was extremely helpful throughout the process, giving us great advice on choosing the right cat flap and accessories. Fantastic service, highly recommended!

Jake was fantastic. He replied to my initial message quite fast, came over and takes through what I wanted and the changes that need to be made. the quote seemed pretty reasonable. He gave a date for installation of about a month off but offered me a cancellation which made it earlier. The windows are installed really cleanly with no scratches or marks on them. Completely recommend this company.
