James was excellent from the word go. We had both our bathrooms completely stripped out and replaced. James guided us step by step giving advice and updates every step of the way. Each bathroom took 2 weeks from start to finish and we are over the moon with the work James has done. Nothing was rushed and every attention to detail was made. James is a first class bathroom fitter and knows his trade inside out. James also managed to get us additional discount on the materials, he is very honest as well as hard working. James was very professional from the outset. He was very experienced at suggesting suitable room layout, best use of space , while listening to our requests. He was very prompt sending through details, the time frame of the work and completion date, and left us to consider the work with no pressure.He was punctual, very tidy and his work is of an excellent standard.
