Jake and Joel did some work for me today - putting in a new door lock and swapping out double glazing handles on several windows... really friendly guys, knowledgeable, helpful, did a great job in a timely manner. Would highly recommend. Reasonable rates and all costs discussed beforehand.

I needed an emergency locksmith on a Sunday morning after being let down by another company who promised to arrive within 2 hours but cancelled after an hour. I had originally called Jake/Joel (sorry I didn’t catch the name!) before that company, and when I was cancelled on, I rang him back. He came straight to me within 15 minutes and had the door open in seconds. I really appreciated the fast response and the kindness during a stressful situation. I’m so grateful for the help, and if I ever need a locksmith again (hopefully not for the same reason!), I’ll be calling him and recommending him

Contacted Jake as my door lock was broken and I couldn’t lock it and his reviews were great. Well he certainly didn’t disappoint and lived up to all the well deserved great reviews. He came over within an hour and changed the lock. He did such a great job that you wouldn’t even know it was changed! Great communication, reasonably priced and is genuinely very kind and considerate, he even tidied up before he left! I can’t thank him enough for helping me out. Highly recommended and will most certainly be using his service again.
