Amazing bunch of guys. Fixed my issue and couldn’t have wished for better service

I contacted JCarter locksmiths to assist me with whilst I was locked out of my house. Communication was great, easy to contact and job was completed super quick. As a result of the great experience, I booked them back in for a door handle upgrade and door hinge adjustment. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Jake and Joel.

We had a front door that just did not open as key just kept spinning. Tried to problem solve ourselves but no luck. This company was recommended to me on our local Facebook page. The reviews were good when I looked them up. I messaged them and had a prompt reply. They both worked together as a team. They were polite, professional and managed to open the front door and change the mechanism and barrel which had broken. Also new handle (our choice) They were very transparent about their pricing and checked with me at each stage of the repair if I were happy for them to continue.

My pet sitter became looked out of the house while we were away. Josh arrived within 15 minutes and saved the day. Really helpful guy, highly recommended. 5*

The gentleman from J Carter Locksmiths came to our property to deliver keys and lock lubricant. As well as being polite he offered some sound advice on lock maintenance and other security issues.
