Contacted Jake as my door lock was broken and I couldn’t lock it and his reviews were great. Well he certainly didn’t disappoint and lived up to all the well deserved great reviews. He came over within an hour and changed the lock. He did such a great job that you wouldn’t even know it was changed! Great communication, reasonably priced and is genuinely very kind and considerate, he even tidied up before he left! I can’t thank him enough for helping me out. Highly recommended and will most certainly be using his service again.

Appointment agreed 2 weeks in advance. Arrived on time with a selection of locks. Explained everything in detail. Would definitely use again

Front door handle fixed, Jake was very friendly, arrived on time and did the job. Repaired the handle without the need to replace it
