Absolutely seamless, a phone, a photo, 15 minutes later the door was open. Cost reasonable considering it was a Sunday lunchtime.

I know Jake from a previous job he did for me and he’s honest and hard-working. He popped round today as I thought I had an issue with the front door handle, but Jake was able to explain to me what was actually happening and advised me I did not need a new handle. I can’t thank Jake enough for his honesty in this situation and there was no charge for his visit. Based on my personal experiences with Jake, I would highly recommend his services. Thanks, James.

We asked on social media in a local group for people to recommend someone who could fix a faulty patio door and Jake came highly recommended which I can now see why.. Jake was swift in responding to contact and arrived when stated. He was extremely polite, courteous and helpful. He quickly resolved both our issues at a very reasonable cost. He also gave us advice on several other matters and we are having him back to also sort out our windows. He was also able to give us advice and contacts of other reliable tradespeople and we will definitely be recommending him on in the future.

They managed to fit us in quickly and change our lock after our keys started jamming in the door, very good service!

We needed locks for my dad’s new home. Jake replied within a few minutes to my text, gave good recommendations as to lock security levels, and had my dad’s locks changed within a few days for a price that would not have been much different to me buying the locks online and then wrecking my dad’s patio doors trying to change them. Excellent price and service - like me don’t bother calling anyone else.

Amazingly helpful and professional. Refitted a door closer which had malfunctioned and was very tricky to put right. Would recommend without any hesitation.
