  John was prompt in responding to our call he was able to fit our job in almost immediately. He identified the problem and was quick to explain what he was doing and why The work was completed to a high standard and completed on the same day. I would definitely use him again should should the need arise .

  The service from Calladine Roofing was excellent ...... as usual! Fault finding from damp on a chimney breast. John identified a tear in roof felt, pointing on flashing and chimney stack. He got on the roof, went into the attic and the bedroom to give an accurate quote. He arrived when he said he would, took photos of all work done (pointing, flashing, felt and tile replacement. He charged as he had stated in the quote. Apart from the good work he explained to myself and the tenant (as requested) all work done, how and why. A pleasure to deal with this Genuine experienced tradesman.

  Garage gutter and fascia replacement.

  John stopped by to check out the work needed on my garage. He took the time to explain what he’d do and why it was necessary. We agreed on a schedule, and he got the job done on time and did a great job.

  We had a cracked roof tile which had been leaking into the loft.

  They come round to quote us on the repair, really good fair price and he completed the work there and then. All finished within about an hour. Great job and really happy with the experience.

  John was very prompt in responding to my quote request and for the work I required (lead flashing repairs and dry verge caps) he came in at a very reasonable cost. Once arranged (again very prompt) he arrived on time, completed the work as requested and left no mess. What more could you want? Excellent!
