Jason was superb. Professional throughout, very personable and explained clearly what he was going to do at each stage. Very knowledgeable and reported back as he worked. On completion of inspection, cleaned area and replaced all covers etc. Described outcomes and timescales for written reports. Would certainly use JBW again and would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone requiring drainage services.
