Jeff was swift in fitting us in and did a great job. He gave us options and good pricing compared to other quotes we got and communication was great.

I called Jeff to diagnose a fault with my 12 year old combi boiler. It had been faulty for a while and making loud rumbling noises. Jeff came out and quickly diagnosed the fault and showed me the issues with my old boiler. Recommended a new boiler which I suspected from condition of leaking pipe work rusty chassis ect. Jeff was able to fit a new boiler a couple days later and gave me a quote in the ballpark I expected. Jeff kept me informed of all everything i needed to know. He was punctual, worked tidily, great workmanship and takes pride in giving an A* standard of work. Will use again!

I found Jeff to be a thoroughly pleasant person. Punctual, reliable, friendly, trustworthy and a highly skilled and experienced plumber and central heating engineer. He completed our work quickly and effectively and it was a pleasure to have him in our house.

Jeff Buckingham is an excellent tradesman - thorough, professional and personable. He demonstrated good problem-solving skills, his workmanship was of a very high standard and he was able to explain clearly what he was doing at every stage. He was also very puctual. I would not hesitate to use Jeff again should it prove necessary.

Our 25 year old boiler was starting to fail so we called Jeff who come out quickly to do a quick repair. Unfortunately it finally broke for good so we had to get a new one. Jeff was fantastic. He agreed to replace the boiler at a very good price. He gave a quick appointment, turned up on time, and went straight to work. The installation went quickly and professionally and any mess was cleared away. He also had to make some brick repairs externally and did a great job. I would highly recommend Jeff. We’ve even asked him to do our en-suite shower.

Can't rate Jeff highly enough the boiler breaking down at the worst possible time Christmas eve, we had used him previously ( he is always reliable and takes pride in his work which always shows) we left a message not really expecting any contact till after the holidays and were astounded he nipped round Christmas morning and got us out of a really tricky situation, so relieved to have found such a great tradesmen ,definitely keep using & recommend. you can just rely on jeff you don't have to oversee gets the work done in a timely manner and to the highest standard world needs more jeffs
