  The chimney needed sweeping before the installation of a wood burner. The job was short notice.

  At very short notice JB sweeps got in touch, booked me in and reassured me. Not only that, once he arrived at my home to do the job he realised that the chimney was bigger than anticipated and got extra equipment to complete. The room was spotless on completion, I was charged the original price, although he was here for a long time. I’m really happy with the job. I will definitely use JB sweeps again and would wholeheartedly recommend him.

  Very professional chimney sweep by JB Sweeps. Jim was clean and tidy and did not leave any mess. Easy to book and turned up on time. I would highly recommend and would use again to clean our open fire.

  The Most Thorough Sweep I’ve Ever Had.....

  What really sets Jim apart is his background as a professional firefighter. You can tell that he carries that "first responder" mindset into his work. While some sweeps might just do a quick brush-through, his attention to detail was incredible. He treated my home with total respect, using a high-powered vacuum system that left my hearth and wood burners cleaner than he found them

  Excellent service from JB Sweeps Chimney Sweeping Service. James was punctual, tidy, and thoroughly professional from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, left the place spotless, and even offered a few handy tips for keeping the chimney in top condition.   Jim arrived on time and was friendly and engaging from the off. He explained what he was going to do and set up about cleaning our log burners. He took his time making sure nothing would get dirty or damaged and left the fires tidy and ready for immediate use. Lovley guy and highly recommended
