Excellent service from James and team. It was clear that they weren't there to "pull as fast one" so that made me comfortable to listen to his advice on what needed doing. All work was carried efficiently and with minimal mess.

JBS agreed a time and date to attend to inspect the job. They checked the time and date, the day before but never turned up. Some time after the appointment time I texted JBS to see whether they intended to attend but have heard nothing from them. A waste of my time!

Had JBS in to clear out and then clean guttering, soffits and fascia’s. A good job done, by hand and with care! So many companies stand on the ground with a broom attached to a hosepipe and do half a job! Not JBS…..very pleased with attention to detail. Also alerted us to the fact that a lot of the pointing from the ridge tiles had fallen into the gutters and the ridge tiles were in fact loose. Gave a reasonable quote and did the job a few days later, cleaning and removing all the moss from the ridge tiles and re-pointing. Excellent job…you can see the difference! Thank you so much.

One of the team members came to our house to assess the type of work that needed to be done. He came on time, did the job efficiently and was happy to take time out to explain the technical details to us. Will definitely recommend.
