An excellent job done quickly and cost effectively

Jamie was clearly very experienced, very professional and very friendly. He followed through with everything he said he would. Was punctual and cleaned up after himself every day.

I recently had the pleasure of employing Mr Jamie Benger to tend to a rather unruly central heating system, and I must say, his service was exemplary in every regard. He arrived punctually, spoke with the utmost courtesy, and carried out his work with the quiet confidence of a true craftsman. Each movement bespoke knowledge, each decision, experience. Not a speck of disorder remained once he departed, save for the lingering warmth he restored to my home and heart. I recommend Mr Benger without reservation to any household. A finer engineer would be hard-pressed to find.

Jamie contacted the tenant for access and carried out the check. He reported back to me on the condition of the boiler and what might need to be done next year. A very prompt, efficient & smooth procedure, and a fair cost.

Jamie installed a new boiler, pipework and radiators as part of a house renovation 3 years ago, can't fault his work to be honest. Had an issue with the boiler which turned out to be a warranty issue. The engineer from Valliant said it made a nice change to see an installation where the installer clearly knew what they were doing and was very complimentary about his work.
