Very polite and professional company. The quote was done in a matter of hours with written confirmation sent. Was advised on the time slot prior and was contacted just before their arrival. Work carried our promptly, everything explained very courteous staff.

At a very busy time of year for the roofing trade, I contacted Jamie as I had a leaking roof. He inspected the roof within a couple of days, provided report and quote within a further 2 days and once I'd accepted the quote the work was organised and completed quickly and efficiently. They maintained communication throughout the process and the work was completed on time as promised. The 2 guys that did the work were polite, hard working and efficient and a credit to the Company. I would have no hesitation recommending JB Roofing and Cleaning

Great, professional service from JB roofing. Professional throughout. Jamie came out to do a quote. Once we accepted the quote, they were very prompt at getting the work done. Arrived on time, Carl was polite, tidy. They provided photos of the process of the repair they completed on the lead flashing joining the extension to the main house. Looks much better quality repair than a previous failed repair by a different company. Best roofing company we have come across this side of Dorset!

unfortunately the job took three attempts to complete but eventually we got there, I feel there was a disconnect between the definition of what need to be done at estimating stage to the team actually doing the work. having said that I am happy with that he end result and would use them again.
