I hired Jake to replace the felt and battens on part of my semi-detached property. Initially, he was friendly and cooperative, and the job seemed to be completed as agreed. However, after payment, I discovered some issues with the work. When I first raised my concerns, he assured me he would stop by when he was in the area. Over a month later, I had to follow up again, only for him to ask what the issues were—despite my previous discussions. His tone became rude, and I got the impression that he had no real intention of coming to assess the work.

I’m very happy with the work JB Roofing did on my Victorian house. Despite it being a very confined area to work in and the old roof throwing up several surprises, Jake wasn’t fazed by any of it, instead seeming to enjoy the challenges. He and his team worked really hard, kept me informed at all times and always left the site neat and tidy. Best of all, although my budget was limited, Jake managed to source decorative tiles that complement the age of the house, going the extra mile to find beautiful ridge tiles to finish it all off. I highly recommend this company.

They were very quick to respond to the job request and arrived very promptly on the same day they were in the area. Tile replaced without any problems.
