There was absolutely no messing about—just efficient, professional workmanship from start to finish. It’s such a relief to find someone who’s reliable, honest, and genuinely skilled at what they do.   En-suite bathroom with wet room James was professional, organised, and punctual throughout the entire project. The quality of his work went far beyond what we expected. He kept us involved in every decision, offered helpful advice, and worked around our budget, timeline, and deliveries with ease. A first-floor wet room is something you need real trust in a tradesperson for, and James handled everything brilliantly, bringing in specialists whenever needed.

  Repaired my broken toilet flush

  Fantastic job done by James. He came and had a look on Monday and came back the next day with the parts needed and fixed the problem a faulty toilet flush Price as originally quoted with no hidden charges. I will use James again for my next job without hesitation and I would recommend him to my friend's and family.

  Fitting of a completely new en suite

  James really did a fantastic job plumbing in the new en suite facilities. He always arrived exactly when he said he would and kept me up to date with all what he was doing showing progress along the way. His charges were very reasonable and he worked at a great pace but always careful it was done correctly with full testing of installation along the way. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend
