  Prompt response to initial call and providing a quote to fit a back to the wall toilet, shower mixer and shower pump. Good communication and follow up. No nonsense, no fuss, Ben just got on with it. He is knowledgeable, calm and steady. Recommended.

  Ben/JB Heating and Plumbing supplied and fitted a replacement water pump for me. All aspects were excellent from initial quotation through to fitting with clear communication throughout. A job well done completed promptly at a reasonable price. I cannot fault in any way and highly recommend.

  Ben and Harry were so helpful fixing my leak. Having already had two different people look at it, they identified what was wrong and went about sorting my problem, even coming back the following day to check everything was okay. Would definitely recommend:)
