I'm a pensioner who relied on a national company for my annual boiler service, they sub-contracted an engineer who spent twenty minutes carrying out the work and within a couple of weeks I was having problems. On a recommendation I contacted JB Plumbing Devon & Cornwall Ltd who carried out a thorough service lasting over an hour during which they replaced an electrode and seals and as a result my house has never felt warmer. I am so happy to have found this company who are professional and take pride in their work, I will be using them in the future.

Immensely impressive service from this company. Despite being obviously busy, John Betts came out to an internal leaking pipe and carried out repairs very quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

Had Jon out to install an entire new water connection inside my property, he did this within the time required by South West Water and was available when meeting were held between myself, South West Water connections team and the building Freeholder. Can’t fault the work carried out and will absolutely give them the first refusal on future work.

Jon from JB Plumbing went above and beyond. Called for a leaking loft tank, he found it hours from collapsing. Late in the day, he drained it to keep us safe, then rearranged his diary to install a new combi boiler. Every step, he did more than I’d expect from any tradesman, tackling problems without complaint, keeping to his 2-day quote, and working with pride, care, and professionalism. Highly recommended – plus, great beard, music taste, and loves dogs! Thank you, Jon – your hard work, kindness, and dedication mean the world to us. We will be sure to recommend you to everyone we know.
