Jon did a brilliant job installing a new towel radiator. He was happy to give us some advice to ensure that we chose an appropriate style and size and carried out the work very efficiently, tidying up afterwards.

Cancelled first appointment on the day. Rearranged for the next day then didn't turn up and didn't contact just canceled the job through the app.

Very happy with the job done which, of course, turned out not to be straight-forward. Our plumber was very determined and knowledgeable, and got the job done really well. Communications were very good, and he was very helpful when I needed to choose a new bath and taps.
