Joe was brilliant I called him on a Sunday after I locked myself out, he came within an hour and a half kept me posted on his arrival and managed to get into the house and change the locks for me really quickly. Highly recommend!

Called Joe and within an hour he was at the property, within half an hour the mob was done and completed he managed to retrieve the posted key and didn’t end up needed to have the entire lock replaced. Even called me 10 minutes before arrive so I didn’t have to wait at property with my baby. 10\10 service and would recommend!

Door lock jammed

Lock on back door was jammed. JB Locksmiths came out that morning and fitted a temporary lock so I could secure my house. Came back as promised the following day and fitted new mechanism. All works perfectly. Would recommend JB, friendly and knowledgeable.

Called the supplier this morning when we discovered our lock was faulty. He was quick to understand the issue, clear about the cost and responded within a couple of hours.
The lock was repaired quickly and seems fine now.
