  Front door lock fix

  Jon provided locksmith services to us on two separate occasions recently when we had a problem with the locking mechanism on both our front and back doors. On both occassions Jon was super quick to respond, coming out on the same day. He was able to provide a temporary fix for one door whilst awaiting a part - ensuring security of our home and then returned as soon as the part came in. On the other occasion he was able to immediately fix the problem. He is professional, diligent and thorough, and I completely trust his work ethic and reliability to get the job done. Highly recommend.

  Front door wouldn't lock.

  Really responsive to our enquiry. Was able to get us seen in a really short time frame, which was exactly what was needed. Very professional, very polite and definitely someone we will engage with again if the need arises. Thank you, we appreciate the work you carried out, which was done to an exceptional standard.

  Open Locked Door and Replaced Cylinder

  Jon was great. He opened a door that I did not have a key for and replaced the cylinder. Really good communication, arrived on time, carried out work quickly and to a good standard. Would use again when needed and would definitely recommend to others.

  Locks changed

  I had one lock changed, then another set of doors with no keys and Jon unlocked and replaced those locks. He called me almost as soon as I put the quote request in, and then came around the next day to fit the locks. Everything was done very quickly and professionally and his communication was amazing. Would 100% recommend.

  Issues with 2 locks. 1 jammed and the other would only lock/unlock from the outside

  Front door lock replaced

  I cannot recommend Jon highly enough! He first came out to fix a lock on my front door after an emergency call out. Jon responded promptly and efficiently, making what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle free. Since then, I’ve had Jon back to fit locks on both my bathroom door and downstairs loo, and most recently, he installed a cat flap in an internal door. Each time, Jon has been friendly, professional and incredibly tidy in his work. He takes great care to ensure everything is done to the highest standard and leaves the area spotless.
