When making an enquiry with Graham he gave a quote, happy to do the work, (refused by other companies). On the date of the appointment, the plumber Barry, actually called ahead and attended prior to the agreed time. He fitted a replacement pop-up plug which is better than the original. Wasted no time in getting it fitted, cleaning as he went, gave good advice and tidied up afterwards. Highly recommended.
