  Well priced job, done well

  I found Jason and his team to be responsive and polite. It was a complex job as the roof has “character” and needed insulation installing from the outside, made worse by starting on the first day of rain after many dry months. The team worked through all weather, even popping out over a very stormy weekend to address some flapping felt. A ridgeline was changed to something more my liking without complaint and they cleared the site when they left. It took longer due to weather, but there was no extra cost. All were helpful and friendly throughout.

  Fantastic service three times running from JB Roofing! House looks fabulous!

  JB Roofing Services have worked on my house twice previously on felting, guttering, fascia and downpipes. Such is my complete trust and confidence in his work I have now booked him to re-felt an extension on the house. I have complete faith in Jason and his team who are always professional, thorough, showing great attention to detail, and will leave nothing undone. Jason always discusses in detail what is required and easily adapts to any necessary changes, and as a terraced house always blends his work into the surrounding environment. Great service and price I would recommend to anyone.

  Dissapointed

  Initially I was impressed with JB Homecare, we were quoted very quickly and agreed a start date. Start date arrived, partner booked the day off of work, two hours later and we had a no show. No communication from Jason, so WE contacted him and was told he was unwell and would try again the next day, which also didn't happen. Asked about availability for the following week and was told he'd look in his diary, 5 days later and still not heard back. If you can't attend then it is your responsibility to let the customer know, not for us to chase you...I now have to find another contractor.

  New garage roof,timbers,soffits and guttering .

  Jason and his team,were polite, punctual and friendly.The work itself was as promised professionally done at the quoted original estimate.All the old roof was removed and all the rubbish taken away.Great work at a fair price.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anybody who’s needs roofing work done.
