Gary the heating engineer from JB Heating did a superb job installing our new boiler. He was punctual and he got on with the job straight away. He was very knowledgeable and skilled at his trade and also a very friendly personality. He completed the job very promptly and left everything nice and tidy. He explained clearly how the new boiler works and he made it all very easy to understand. We are delighted with the service from Gary and will definitely ask for him next time

Gary my engineer for a new boiler was an absolute legend. He rang me an hour before he would arrive which gave me time to prepare. He was incredibly tidy and neat, very thorough and explained everything I needed to know. I will recommend him to anyone I know who needs plumbing or heating services.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. The engineer was very diligent and gave our boiler a thorough clean. His work area was kept clean and tidy and we did not have to do anything to clean up after him. He also checked our underfloor heating system was working and provided advise on how to operate it cost effectively. We have noticed reduced noise which is a really bonus and probably a reflection on how much we needed the boiler servicing!! I will definitely use this company again.

Gary came to sort out our radiators, some of which were hardly working. He drained and flushed them through. He double checked everything was working really well before he left. He was very efficient and polite and considerate the whole time. It was good to have a job done so well.

I recently bought on old house in need of renovation and the first job was to replace the ancient boiler and hot water cylinder for a nee combi boiler system. JB heating asked me all the right questions and put forward a full list of very well-priced options to choose from, with an engineer available the next day to carry out the work. Gary was a great professional on the job, he clearly explained everything he was doing and finished the job in 2 days, even coming back on a Saturday to finish flushing the system and explain how the boiler worked.
