I messaged Jason back in July, to fit us a cat-flap into a French-styled door. Jason came to measure up and told us the glass would be cut and ready to fit in a couple of weeks. He took part of the cat-flap with him so that he could get a more accurate measurement. 4 months later, the job has not been carried out. Throughout this time, I have been messaging Jason, however, he just kept pushing the date back. After a month of trying, we gave up hope and asked him to deliver the cat-flap part back so that we could look elsewhere, but this has not been returned! We do not recommend!

excellent communicators, reliable service

Prompt reply, visit and completion of work. Kept in touch and informed me when he was unable to attend. Nobody else responded to my query and one company said they would give an estimate but didn't turn up.

Contact was excellent, and the work was carried out to a good standard and in the agreed time frame. I was treated with respect, and would not hesitate to recommend the company to others - if I am in need of further work within their remit I will not hesitate to contact them.
