We hired John to demolish our existing shed and create a level base for our garden office. While the demolition was handled ok, the basework wasn’t. Despite providing detailed specifications, he rushed the work and did not meet the required standards. He charged us for more days and more workers than actually showed up, and in the end, it was just him and one other person for a fraction of the time.
This forced us to hire a different builder to redo itcausing significant delays of more than a month and extra costs. Overall, our experience was disappointing and we cannot recommend this builder.

The concrete slab was executed according to the agreed specifications, respecting the level tolerance of ±5 mm. Reinforcement mesh was also installed, according to the standards.
After receiving the observations, we returned to the site for additional checks, and the measurements taken confirmed that the slab falls within the specified tolerances with minor exceptions that have been rectified.We have also uploaded photos to the platform to demonstrate this in a transparent manner.We note that the requirements of the contractor who will install the shed may be different than 5mm+- tolerance.
