I advertised on Checkatrade for urgent help with my fuse box, JB Electrics were one of 3 that responded but the only one to ask if they could call me and arrange a visit. From quote to the finished work, Jordan was very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Communication was excellent and the work carried out by Ollie was brilliant. From the quote to the completion of the job Jordan was a delight to deal with. He was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. The work was carried out on the dare and time promised. Can’t recommend enough! We needed out wiring and outside light checking for faults and our wired in smoke alarm fixing plus having an additional socket fitted. Owen arrived spot on time, was extremely polite, explained everything, did the job quickly and cleaned up completely before he left. Will definitely be using them again the next time we need anything electrical doing.
