  Thank you Josh for helping us reset and troubleshoot our draining issue! He was very positive, knowledgeable about our machine & showed us the issue so we can sort & be prepared going forward, he even fixed the loose door from all the opening over 4 years. Thank you we are very greatful for his visit & fix!
