His team of five young men arrived at our property with respect and professionalism and did an excellent job restoring our much-loved fir trees after our own disastrous attempt to tackle them ourselves. Jay gave me an excellent quote to cut back a tree and to lower a large hedge which I accepted the team arrived in good time and did an excellent job and left the area's nice and tidy 👍🏾

Jay arrived on time, inspected the job and gave a quote. Less than one hour later, two lads came round and removed the trees, leaving no mess at all. Very pleased with the service.

Jay was very professional with the quote, very clear about what was included and the price. Work was completed on the same day. The team lead by Charlie climber, Josh, Jack, Sam, Sean, and Arvin were very professional, respectful, obliging and friendly. Charlie was emulate in pruning the trees and continued to check with us before completing to our satisfaction. No branches were thrown to the neighbours garden as requested. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! Exceptional work from start to finish and I am very satisfied with the results. Jay and his men cut back a large overhanging tree perfectly, removing the branches affecting my property with great care and precision. They also installed topsoil and a new lawn to a very high standard — the finish looks fantastic. On top of that, they built a high-quality timber fence that has really improved the look of the garden. Outstanding professionals; very kind and very reliable. Jay’s tree surgeons, gardeners builders are the best I’ve ever worked with.

Very swift reply to the initial enquiry. Jay turned up when he said he would and promptly. He and all his team were courteous, cheerful and concerned we were satisfied with the work. Although only a small job, reducing the size of a bay tree, it mattered to them that we were content with their work, which was certainly the case. Price was reasonable and they cleared up well.
