I had my toilet replaced by Jay, who came highly recommended, and I’m really glad I used him. I called on Saturday and Jay was able to fit me in just 48 hours later, which was much appreciated. He’s a really nice guy—prompt, professional, and nothing was an issue. He took his time to make sure everything was fitted perfectly and left everything clean and tidy. The whole job was completely hassle-free. I’d happily recommend Jay to anyone. With a price point that was extremely fair I will be using Jays services going forward with all aspect of bathroom/kitchen fitting

I put my job up on a Saturday and got a message the same day. The communication was very efficient, to the point and clear. We secured a date and Jay kept in constant contact with me. He arrived and was a pleasant gentleman, very polite, friendly and considerate- asking whether to take shoes off. Covered my home to protect carpets and flooring. Asked me at every point what I wanted, whether I was happy with either decisions we were making and if there were any changes to be made I was informed. They left my home near and tidy too.

Jay was punctual, a good communicator that delivered exactly what he promised and to timescale and cost. I will definitely get Jay back for more work I am planning.

Did x3 jobs in one day. - fantastic service

Jay and colleague came and did x3 jobs in one day. Formed a big arch way into my kitchen and plastered it. - blocked a doorway up with timber and plastered, coving all way round my front room. - 10/10 job and great guys. Very fair price and will be definitely asking them back to do more! - very skilled, knowledgeable trade people.

Jay was prompt, managed to fit us in and he did a great job on protecting the carpets and floors. The finish was excellent I can’t wait for it to dry and see the smooth finish.
