Jon and Jess right from the time of quote to carrying out the work - exceptional. Always punctual, polite, super conscious of ensuring everything was done to a really high standard, no corners cut and always cleared/tidied everything after their long day working. What was agreed, priced and delivered was absolute top notch and we could not be happier with the excellent work that Jon and Jess carried out for us. We would have no hesitation in asking them as first port of call for any further works that we may need and warmly recommend them for any building/remedial work you may need.

We had also had a media wall fitted where the original plasterer had let me down. John was able to plaster this for us it was perfect. The back door brick work is so good. I’m thrilled with it. I’m doing a lot of work right now, I won’t use anyone else but John and his partner. Reliable and trustworthy.

Removed existing roof and built replacement with fibreglass finish. Plastering interior and made good walls. Work carried out promptly as a team. On time and kept us informed. Recommend electrician and this helped the whole job complete on time with minimal disruption. Pleased with finish and end result.

Jon replaced a flat roof that had been poorly fitted by a previous roofer and was leaking in many places. At the same time, he corrected a ventilation problem. He gave me a detailed assessment of what needed to be done and he and Jess turned up reliably and worked methodically, carefully and quietly, keeping me informed about what they were doing and why. This was refreshing. It's early days, but I am confident that my roof is now watertight.

Jon was very thorough in his work , asking our thoughts at every step of the process and very helpfully split the quote and invoice to help my neighbour and us pay for the work done to our parts of the roof and chimney. Also Jon organised the scaffolding.
