I can provide plumbing for kitchens or bathrooms, electrical rewiring or new circuits, heating system adjustments such as radiators or underfloor heating where needed. Work also include installation of new windows, skylights and external doors such as bifold or French doors along with insulation upgrades, soundproofing, and damp proofing or tanking for basement conversions where applicable. Finishing works including plastering, flooring, tiling, and decoration are available depending on requirements. I assist with architectural drawing, structural engineer calculation, planning permission and building regulation approval where it is needed and offer shell only, part finished or fully finished turnkey conversion projects made to suit your budget and specifications.
