Fantastic customer service and speed of response

I was locked out of my house due to a broken lock. Jasper arrived within 15 minutes of the call at 9.30pm. He couldn’t have been more helpful, respectful, genuine and friendly. He ensured that I was ok and came back on a day and time to suit to sort a few bits out. I would highly recommend Jasper and wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again in the future. Thank you for making a cold wet night a lot less stressful than it could have been.

New lock and barrel on front door.

Set a date and time for Sunday 11th Feb 2024. Arrive on time. Quoted price for job after sorting the problem. Very professional and soon had the door/lock repaired . Would recommend Jasper Locksmiths. 5 stars.

Patio Door gearbox replacement

The patio door lock (gearbox) failed late at night (luckily locked). Search of the area identified Jaspers Locksmiths and Jasper returned the call quickly. Jasper arrived at the agreed time and was courteous and consiencious in his work. On completion of opening the door and replacing the lock there was no evidence of him being here other than a now working door. The old keys are taken away and melted down with proceeds going to the local Air Ambulance charity! Would definitely recommend.
