Jamie is excellent, had him refurb 3 bathrooms now and his work ethic is second to none, totally reliable, friendly and professional and have no hesitation in recommending him and we’ll always have him back for future works

Jamie completely refurbished our bathroom and it is exactly what we envisioned and built to a very high standard. He was always on time and communicated well. He was good at problem solving and although there were unforeseen issues with the walls which meant the work took a little longer he kept to the very competitive price originally quoted. He kept the place clean and was hard working and friendly. . I can highly recommend Jamie for his exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

From the first visit to view the work required, to the completion of the kitchen fitting it was obvious that J. Ashfield was professional and extremely experienced. We found him trustworthy and extremely neat and tidy. We are so happy with our new Kitchen and highly recommend his Company. Jamie responded quickly to our quotation request. The quote was clearly set out and reasonably priced. The work, involving fitting replacement worktops, oven, hob, extractor fan, sink/taps, was carried very efficiently. The standard of workmanship is high and we are very pleased with the finished result. We intend to have Jamie back in the Spring to tackle the bathroom.

I hired Jamie in the spring of this year to bring an ugly carpeted cloakroom into the 21st century, changing flooring, removing a bath, moving around plumbing etc. He did such a great job I had him totally gut my daughters bathroom and after that the guest bathroom - all of them with tricky tile. Now it’s October and he’s completing a total makeover of a 38 sqm kitchen which has not been straightforward. I am delighted to recommend Jamie. He is a professional, diligent, competent and turns up on time with a positive attitude. Bringing him back after his next jobs to do another bathroom.

Owing to water damage we needed our open plan kitchen/lounge area refurbished. Jamie's quote was competitive and he and James carried out all the work, apart for some minor electrics. This included plumbing, majority of electrics, replacement subfloor, laminate flooring, replacement appliances and redecoration. Jamie did a great job in tidying up the plumbing/electrics and fitting the new kitchen - much improved over the previous installation. James also did a nice job on the decorating, even filling some existing cracks.
