10 Great service, quick repair

Jay came to the rescue of our broken laundry machine within hours of calling him. His diagnose was quick and accurate, he ordered replacement parts and installed them as soon as he had them. I emailed on a bank holiday Monday. Got a call the same day to book me in to fix my washing machine. Jaegan gave me a 2 hour time slot, rang me before he arrived and fixed the problem in no time. Great service. I contacted them via Checkatrade because my dishwasher had stopped working. About 10 minutes later they phoned me to book an appointment for the next day. They arrived to 'take a look' and ended up fixing it on the spot as they already had the part they needed! Quick, stress-free, and great value.
