  Reliable builder with a great team of trades.

  John and his team opened up the kitchen and dinning room, converted half the garage into a utility room and renovated the downstairs toilet including chasing in pipes and plastering. The work was done to a great standard, in the time John said (few weeks set back waiting for flooring to arrive, not John’s responsibility), on budget and to building regulations.

  JARenovations -Tradesmen you can rely on

  We have had multiple renovation work completed by the JARenovation team over the last 10 years. The team work hard and are professional in what they do from the initial stages of planning through to snagging at the end that’s why we always go back to this company. We have had a garage converted to a playroom, a major extension transforming a 4 bed house to a 6 with a mezzanine in one bedroom & a ground floor extension for a family room with open kitchen. The tradesman he uses are reliable & work to tight timeframes always working with the customer needs but considerate in offering best advice.

  Creation of patio

  John and his team did an excellent job with creating our patio transforming an unusable space into a sun trap patio area including renovating an existing wall. We have used this company before and again experienced the whole team to be punctual, hard working, friendly, polite and very skilled and competent. Communication was good and work began on date agreed. We would not hesitate to use them again.

  John and his team worked constantly during all weathers to complete our renovations in a timely manner, the team was professional and communicated progress and shared decisions through the process.   Conservatory removed ground floor extension/new kitchen area

  John and his team from start to finish were brilliant. John gave me ideas I didn’t even think of and saved me money (which you wouldn’t expect!). Totally project managed the job , taking away further stress from us. Clean tidy workers, reliable and honest. Would highly recommend. I’m thinking of having a new porch built and would 100% have John and his team back.
