Central heating not working

I called J A Plumbing and Heating, Nottingham, and spoke to Jamie to request a callout to fix a central heating problem. It was close to Christmas and he was snowed under with work, working on a boiler as we spoke. He gave me advice on things to try. I then rang him back for further advice. He once again took time to have me check various aspects of the system. He identified a valve that was jammed and an actuator that was malfunctioning. He directed me to a retailer and I was able to install the actuator myself. We had a laugh when he said I had saved the callout fee. Outstanding

Jamie is great. He communicated well beforehand and was very polite and helpful. He did not not try an up-sell services that he said I didn't need. So I knew I could trust him straight away! He was on-time, quick and efficient with the service and then even fixed my shower for me at no extra cost. Highly recommended him and I will definitely be using him again 10/10. Stu
