James came out asap and fixed my radiator that was leaking. Was very polite and excellent service,will definitely use again.

I contacted James, and at short notice he came over after finishing another job. He was excellent from start to finish. James worked hard to try and sort out the problem but the job in question could not be fixed that day and he was fully booked all week. He told me what was needed. I really appreciate James for turning up at short notice and all the effort he put in. I would definitely contact James again if needed.

Another great job by James and Tak! Faced with a cupboard in the way and a hole instead of a plug socket, I assumed I'd have to hire a separate electrician and carpenter as well as a plumber to get a dishwasher into my flat. But James and Yak did EVERYTHING themselves! From carefully removing the cupboard, to fitting a proper plug socket, to using spare wood to ensure the dishwasher was high enough, they went above and beyond a normal dishwasher install for a fair price - on a bank holiday as well - and I highly recommend.

Couldn’t recommend James and his colleague, Tak, highly enough. They were happy to answer any questions we had, communication was fantastic and did a fantastic job. They were more than happy to visit several times to understand exactly what we wanted and when the manufacturer left out a missing part (no fault of their own). James even came out to fix our leaking sink and boiler as a courtesy when we sent him an sos, even though it was entirely unrelated to the radiator work. Great blokes and couldn’t recommend more highly!

I sent James photos of the failed valve on mom’s mega flow system and he came to inspect and measure on the same Sunday (no charge). Quoted £340 which I initially thought was a bit high, but decided to go ahead as I did not want mom’s house flooded. Part was ordered Monday and fitted the following Tuesday. The job went faster than expected and James revised his initial quote down to £300. You can’t ask for more than that. So in conclusion I recommend him and his company.

Both James and Sam where extremely polite, helpful, considerate, and effective. Came promptly, fixed the leak and gave expert advice on replacing my old hot water system. I would not hesitate to work with them again.
