Contacted j&s roofing to get a price he turned up early to the appointment got a good price there and then. He worked out a start date there and then. On the day he turned up early was smart and polite tided up left no mess let me check the work then at the end of the job when we were both happy I paid him very good work ethic

Jay took care of everything in the week - moving the fence line and repairing the panels, fitting a new gate, organizing the removal of the 25m tall ash tree and laying the new side passage, all in accordance with our specifications, and checking in with us daily that we were happy with his work.

Jay was just super informative, reliable and honest around what was required in terms of costings, solutions and timelines. Clear communicator which as a home owner you really appreciate. He explained before starting the job what he thought the issue could be and then when he arrived he identified the issue and went about repairing in a very professional and assured manner. He didn't just come in and dismiss the work already done, instead he offered his opinions on where it was done well and where the previous installation could've been improved. Will be using him again for any roof work.

J&S Roofing arrived exactly when they said they would, and gave a couple of different options for the repair work needed. When we settled on what we wanted they worked efficiently and left things tidy. When we had another request to install a vented tile, they popped back the same day to carry it out between other jobs. I was kept up to date throughout, and I’m really pleased with the service received! Will be booking them in to carry out some more extensive work later in the year.
