I was given an acceptable quote and got the roof completed as required which was in keeping of an old cottage, getting to completion of the roof and scaffold removal was a stressful event though, I waited in for three days for roofers return to complete what was a 30min job, then waited in for a few days for scaffolders where they would only remove 50% was, two hours work, then had another next day no show so had wait in another fours days for scaffolders return, eight bloody days of no shows all told, very frustrating. Un-agreed extras for the roof was a surprise and required negotiating.

I’ve used J&R Roofing about a year ago for a leaking valley at the back of the house, so when the front of the house became an issue I got straight on the phone to Henry who came round within a few days to sort a quote. Knowing his team and the quality of the previous work done, we were quick to agree to him doing the job. The quote was reasonable, and his team were able to start work very quickly. The whole team were very polite and considerate, especially with regards to mess and keeping myself and my baby safe when walking under the scaffolding to get in and out. I’d recommend them highly!!

I would recommend J and R roofing. They were prompt, worked quickly and tidily, and were friendly throughout.
