  Painting and Wallpapering

  I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was dealing with J & P Challis recently when I needed painting and wallpapering done in my hallway and kitchen. Paul visited the property to assess the work needed, gave me advice on what type of paint and wallpaper to get and charged me a very reasonable price for the work. They turned up on time every morning and the work was completed to a very high standard. I'm really pleased with how my hallway and kitchen looks now and I couldn't recommend his company more. You won't be disappointed.

  Absolutely brilliant from start to finish, Paul was fantastic, can’t fault him, was always there when he said he would be and went over and above to make sure the job was done properly. I am very pleased with my new look kitchen. Highly recommended.

  Complete decoration of our hallway

  Paul very kindly took on our job of decorating our hallway. Our hallway is big and spread over three floors. Between Paul, Jeff and Dave and also carpenters that Paul called in they turned our plain soul less hallway in to a wow hallway. Communication was excellent and quality of workmanship is also excellent. Not only are these guys nice people, they really do a good job. We have used Paul to decorate other rooms in our home, as they were so good they were the perfect guys to under take this challenge. Works lasted a number of weeks, it was a pleasure to have them working in our home.

  External Painting + repair

  Paul did a good job, painting the read of an old house, doing front and back fascias + soffits, repairing rendering. It was a fair price, worked to fit me in, gave advice, was neat (when things could be messy). I have used him before, recommended him to friends. Will use him again. He seeks to communicate well on WhatsApp which helped me to work out timings and needs that were best for him as well as for me.
