Initially was happy with repair but then with heavy rain still had leak, came out to repair again then month later again with heavy rain it was leaking. Came out again but was told the leak wasn’t the area they repaired. The initial repair was for the leak but obviously wasn’t addressed. 5 year guarantee is useless as they never repaired the root of the problem. Not recommended got defensive when questioned why the root of the problem was not repaired

Went out first time to see job all felt work on bay window was crowded and cracked showed the costumer photos before and after sealed roof with fiberglass also went back and water tested with 10 liters of water not a drop came through she has an additional problem with concrete gutters I was happy to give a quote for gutters because I gave her 5 years guarantee on bay window she thinks the whole roof is under warranty which I never worked on she was there and witnessed me water testing roof I can’t guarantee work that I haven’t done
