It was a good visit from Mike. He removed an old and heavy heated towel rail in the bathroom and made safe to prevent leaks. Mike has a positive and good natured personality and he went about his work relaxed and calmly. I thought this was a good quality. He has extensive knowledge of his trade and is organised. Mike was very efficient, his response to my initial enquiry was good as was his advice regarding the price of the shower.
