My experience with J&M Loft was terrible. I paid over £3500 to have him do the gazebo and he did a terrible job. There are exposed nails all around the roof , gaps between the gutters and edge of roof allowing water to sip through, felt glued to fascia board started falling apart. Water leaking from gutter between new roof and fascia board where roof has been put against fascia. Gutter fitted far from felt drip wood underneath has started to soak . I gave him opportunity to fix this he came around and only used pliers to remove few nails only and his presence was threating and intimidating

Jay is a lovely bubbly guy who came and looked at our roof and guttering! He saw all the gaps and went to work straight away and fixed the roof and replaced the guttering which uplifted the house! Great job

Jeton and his team installed a new kitchen and did some structural work and they have been excellent. Great attention to detail from Jeton and very helpful, communicative and super friendly. Honest pricing and transparent cost estimates. Jeton organised all the traders, who were very well qualified for the job. If there were problems along the way, they solved them quickly and reliably. I would definitely recommend them for any building project.

Excellent, reliable and trustworthy. All of the work completed exceeded my expectations the standard of the finished result was exceptional. I would highly recommend yo friends and family.
