Really quick to organise the survey on a property we were purchasing but never showed up to the job and didn't phone to say they couldn't attend the property. I ended up getting a phone call from the seller of the property at 3pm saying the company didn't turn up at 1pm as booked in. After emailing and messaging, we didn't get a response until hours later. The company did attempt to rebook for two days later but we couldn't afford another no show due to the timelines with purchasing the house.

Kane attended a blocked drain for a block of flats that affected a number of residents. He came late in the evening and worked timelessly with his colleague to find a solution to the problem. It was not straightforward, but they resolved it quickly.

They turned up fast and unblocked our drains that had collapsed, after clearing the blockage they excavated and repaired the damaged pipework. They were competitive reliable and above all left our property clean and tidy at all times. Highly recommended.
