The team at J & L Welch Roofing & Paving have been outstanding from start to finish. Before the job had even begun, they made our roof fully watertight, which gave us huge peace of mind & really showed their commitment to looking after their customers. John's team were well organised and brilliantly supervised by Darren. They had a wealth of experience to replace our 100+ year old roof for us which was done within a couple of weeks. It wasn't an easy job with 2 dormers and two lots of eaves. They kept me informed throughout and said when things would be done or not. Nothing was too much trouble and cleared up well after them at the end of the job. I would have no hesitation abour recommending them to anyone else. John, and his team replaced garage and house roofs including a new velux roof window, reduction in chimney height and new facias and guttering. John and his team are proffesional, polite and have good communication skills. From Job quotation to completion John and his team kept us informed and responded to any questions. Any minor concerns were discussed and addressed. The disposal of waste and maintaince of the site was spot, cleared every day. The job it self was on a mid terraced house which had impact on neighbouring roofs, no issues , neighbours fully happy with handling of work.

I got john to sort my roof few month back an his lads and himself carried out excellent work. But what I would like to say is my elderly neighbour was distraught after 2 despicable so called roofers charged her a fortune for a tiny job and still left her with a leak. I got in touch with John and he came had a look for her free of charge. Then without him saying they would. A couple of his lads came next morning and sorted leak out straight away. Even more surprising was he only charged for materials used as she was distraught and very good friend of a friend. Couldn't recommend any1 more. Ty
