    My hallway was recently fully decorated along with panelling throughout plus also a desk was built in my small office. James and Liam were super friendly, nothing was too much trouble, took pride in their work and the end result is great! Definitely recommend and will be booking them again for future work.

    Exterior Painting of our House

    Fabulous! We are really delighted with our freshly painted house which included windows, garage doors, and stable and front door. Thank you for taking the trouble of finding a perfect colour match to our front door and for scaling our roof to paint two chimneys. Finally, we really appreciated your politeness and friendliness.     Hired J&L for painting a couple rooms and building a wardrobe. Excellent communication, always telling the plan for the day and helpful for any questions I had. Very professional and understanding. The work was top quality and I’m very happy with it. Will use them for future jobs.

    We had Liam and James who did painting of a 4 bedroom house , cupboard , bathroom and media wall. J&L are very professional, they always arrive on time. Treated the property with respect. I love the fact that they communicate with us daily on the plan of action for the day. Easy to approach and they listened to all my queries and ideas. I love their work as it's very neat . Tidying up each day. I will recommend this company 100%, I cant wait till they return to do more work.

Welcome to our new and exciting updated page! J&L Painting and Carpentry!

Previously owner of JDH Painting and Decorating, now I am now in business with my work partner Liam currently All Things Sorted now trading under J&L Painting and Carpentry. We joined forces to give customers the chance to have more work done but by the same company.

We are now based in Ashford and will still cover Bromley, but mostly covering Maidstone and Ashford.

We are professional, reliable and experienced in all aspects of painting and carpentry.

Recently stopped taking on wallpapering jobs so I can concentrate on the other areas of decorating.

We also offer plastering, skimming, and general maintenance, including gutter cleaning, repairs and new gutters fitted too.

We can turn your house into a home, your workplace into a pleasure and give your office a warm, bright, relaxing feel that you look forward to going too.

We like to keep the area that we are working in clean and tidy, and we like to produce a high standard of work.
