I just wanted to express my sincere thanks for the excellent service. You are due to install a new alarm system at my home, and the existing system — inherited when I purchased the property — had no access codes. This caused issues when the decorators attempted to paint behind the PIR sensors, as the siren would activate. I called over the weekend, you advised that someone would attend on Monday morning to disarm the system. True to your word (without any reminder from me) at 8am today , your team arrived and resolved the issue promptly. That level of reliability and professionalism is rare

I had 3 call points installed, plus fire alarm service and fire risk assessment carried out. Workmen arrived on time and carried out work to a good standard. Emma was very helpful and understanding as the work had to be delayed due to my poor health.

Had a beeping smoke alarm which the tenants were finding very annoying. Emma got me the earliest appt and the engineer arrived on time and rectified the fault. A very good service all round team.
