Thiago was excellent from start to finish. His communication was clear throughout, and he delivered exactly what he promised. He replaced an old water cylinder in my flat with a modern unit, completing the job on time with no delays. The quote he provided was fully inclusive and very reasonable. The work was carried out at my rental property, and I didn’t need to be there at all, he handled everything smoothly and professionally. The installation was done last summer, and I’ve had no issues whatsoever since. I would happily use Thiago again for any plumbing work and highly recommend him
