  Josh Tickner did an excellent job installing our new boiler and we couldn’t be happier with the result. He was professional, reliable, and clearly very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure the work was finished to a really high standard. Josh has also carried out other plumbing jobs for us, all of which have been completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. Tidy, punctual, and easy to deal with — we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future.

  Diligent and caring plumber!

  Actually, a really easy process! Really recommend Josh as a highly competent plumber but he’s also approachable, diligent and I think he cares about what he does and quietly goes about his business! Most importantly I guess, he got the job with minimal disruption. Highly recommended

  Replace cracked shower tray

  Thanks to Josh for doing an excellent job replacing my cracked shower tray. Josh was professional, honest, and easy to talk to throughout the whole process.
