  Paint fascia, communal areas and replace ceiling.

  Steven was easy to communicate with and gave a competitive quote. It was easy to accept his offer. The work was completed expeditiously. Several tasks required skill on a ladder which were handled very well. Some changes were done too quickly and lacked care - paint not matching when it should have, paint flaking rapidly after application. Some post cleaning had to be done but I could have laid sheets out ahead of time to minimise this. Overall the house looks much better. Steven was easy to work with and took feedback well. We look forward to using his services again if needed.

  Painting interiors of whole house

  Stephen did an amazing job painting our new home! He quickly understood our vision and brought it to life exactly as we imagined. Throughout the process, he provided daily updates and kept us informed every step of the way. His professionalism, attention to detail, and communication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend him!

  'Painting' our Living Room

  Steven appeared both professional and well-mannered when we commissioned him to paint our living room. The work Steven undertook took much longer than initially anticipated due to shoddy-workmanship and the need to keep returned to make corrections. Steven doesn't have a standard he holds himself to, the finished outcome of the work was dependent on myself examining his work and holding him to account. In addition to this, Steven stood on our brand new sofa in outdoor shoes to paint the higher points of the room, he spilt paint on both our carpet and our sofa. Wouldn't recommend.

  Thank you for your review, but it was not shoddy workmanship, but rather that the ceiling fell in halfway through the job, and at that point they changed and everything was blamed on me. I cleaned, and offered to come back to clean and they refused.

  Exterior painting of our house

  Stephen from J&D Restorations painted the exterior hanging Tiles of our detached house. Stephen was very prompt in his response when posted on checkatrade , he provided a detailed Estimate and was competitive in his pricing . Stephen communicated clearly on all aspects of the project what he was doing that day and plans for the next day. His workmanship is excellent and has great attention to detail during and also when the work was completed Stephen left his work area clean and tidy. I will not hesitate to contact Stephen for other projects we have planned in the coming months
